The Sydney Indie Film Festival 2016 will take place from the 11th – 20th October 2016!

The Submissions for the 2016 edition will open on the 10th of March!

DIVERSITY

The Sydney Indie Film Festival accepts all genres to be included in the festival program:

Drama, Comedy, Adventure, Sci-Fi, Thriller, Horror, Documentaries, Animation, Student Films

The Festival accepts entries from around the world.

All films must be English or have subtitles in English.

31st March 2016 – Very Earlybird

30th April 2016 – Earlybird

30th June 2016 – Regular

31st July 2016 – Late

31st August 2016 – Extended

SHORT FILMS (UNDER 25 MINUTES)

31st March 2016 – Very Earlybird: US$15.00

30th April 2016 – Earlybird: US$25.00

30th June 2016 – Regular: US$30.00

31st July 2016 – Late: US$35.00

31st August 2016 – Extended: US$45.00

 

FEATURE FILMS  (FROM 45 MINUTES)

31st March 2016 – Very Earlybird: US$25.00

30th April 2016 – Earlybird: US$35.00

30th June 2016 – Regular: US$40.00

31st July 2016 – Late: US$45.00

31st August 2016 – Extended: US$55.00

Please do not put adhesive labels on the disc. Use a permanent marker to write the information on the disc or have it printed in the actual disc when using printable disc.

The submission and/or screener DVDs must be sent to the Festival with the following statement: “without commercial value, for cultural purposes only”. In order to facilitate customs clearance, please indicate a maximum value of AU$10 or less.

The festival does not pay for mailing/shipping costs.

The festival does not return DVD copies
