Synopsis: At the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Colonel Pantic is accused of crimes against humanity, but no one dares to testify against him. Vince Harrington, ambition driven officer of the court, decides to go to Ex-Yugoslavia in search of the only man able to confront the colonel, former General Nikola Radin. The journey turns into a fierce manhunt as no one wants Radin to testify at The Hague. No one, except general Radin’s daughter…
Logline: A romantic political thriller about a nerdy junior officer from The Hague War Tribunal discovering affection while pursuing justice.

This short film is a concept scene from a feature film in development.

The Writer/Director has extensive in filmmaking and VFX. He combined this with his 13 years experience as an Infantry Officer (current rank: Captain) in the Army Reserves and 4 years full time service at Army Headquarters’ specialised Future Warfare Unit (a unit assembled to project and study future warfare).

This story utilises his experiences, lessons learnt and observations, in order to create gritty realism in the story and the characters.
